All there bastards speak English but they are trying to force a decision between Pakehas and the Maori. It was never like this when I was a child in the 1950s, if there was a Maori kid in the class we were proud of his or her ability in sport and music. But now these trouble makers are blatant racists and getting away with it. It used to be the land of milk and honey but now it's a shit hole that I'm never going back to. 😞
Interesting
Is it just me r uz reading this rite sum words r not what they r saying eg queen queen art art
It would be interesting to know which missionaries Horomona is referring to. History shows that it was the Crown through their legislation that saw the loss of Taonga Pūoro and many other customary Māori practices and Māori arts. Our Māori prophets who were Christian never taught that but they did utilise the western instruments same as our tupuna utilised all modern tools, concepts, machinery, clothing, modes of transport. These were the results of colonisation not christianity. However it would be interesting to know which missionaries taught that playing Taonga Puoro wasn’t right.
EDubEru kia ora e hoa i ngā kōrero nāu anō i tuhi. Kāore hoki au i te mōhio te hunga karaitiana i kōrerohia e Horomona engari koia rā ōna whakaaro mō te take nei. Tē taea e au te whakahē i ōna whakaaro, a, he mea rangahau māu pea e hoa! Kia noho haumaru ki te kāinga!
